Why buy 4Sports Stars apparel?

4Sports Stars is a fashion-forward clothing line embellished with Swarovski crystals for the more fashion conscious sports fan.  Our goal is to provide our customers with a diverse selection of high quality products at reasonable prices.

Why use Swarovski Crystal?

Swarovski is a name brand that is associated with quality and elegance worldwide. Swarovski embellishments have been used on designer and couture apparel such as Gucci, Iisli, Prada and Dolce & Gabana. The company was established in 1892 and is considered to be the premier quality crystal. We are one of the select few that are approved by Swarovski to include their name on our advertisements and labels. 

What does "Officially Licensed" mean?

Each university requires that all merchandise with their logo applied be approved by The Collegiate Licensing Company. They also require that we be member of the FLA (Fair Labor Association), which regulates working conditions worldwide and prevents any merchandise produced using any form of unfair labor.

How long does it take to receive my order?

You should receive your order within 5-7 business days after you place the order. We ship by Priority Mail, which takes 2-3 business days once mailed; rush orders are available at the customer’s request. Please contact us for more information. If the item you have ordered is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone call as to when your order will ship. 

How can I pay for my order?

4Sports Stars accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or personal check. If you choose to pay by check, you order will be shipped once your check has been processed.

Will I have to pay tax on my order?

We are based in Washington State and the sales tax rate is 8.9%. Sales tax will only be charged for orders shipped within Washington State, all orders shipped out-of-state will not be charged sales tax.  Sales tax will be calculated on the total amount of merchandise purchased, shipping charges are excluded.

How much is shipping?

We have a flat shipping rate of $6.95 for Priority Mail. If you would like your order shipped by another method please contact us for those rates. 

How do I care for my apparel?

We recommend Hand Washing and Hang Drying your garment to prevent shrinkage. All items with the exception of the cashmere and merino may be machine washed and dried inside out.  We recommend Professional Dry Cleaning for the cashmere and merino pieces. If your garment is taken care of in this manner it should last you a lifetime.

What if I lose a crystal?

4Sports Stars guarantees all of our merchandise, if a crystal does come off your garment, we will replace it for you at no charge. Please call first to let us know that you will be sending your garment in and we can give you further instructions.

What is your return policy?

We will accept returns for 30 days after the shipping date with the receipt and original tags attached.

I don’t see my team logo.

If we are not currently licensed for your school, please contact us at CustomerService@4sportsstars.com and we will let you know when we receive their official licensing.
